The privacy links on the detail page for an app called EF Go Ahead Tour app for iOS lead to a 404 error message. Linking to a valid, and readable, privacy policy is mandated by Apple policies.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Head to the detail page in the Apple App Store for the EF Go Ahead Tour app

2. Scroll down and select either "Developer's Privacy Policy" or "Privacy Policy" links

3. Note that both link to a 404 page and not a valid (readable) privacy policy 

Result: the "Developer's Privacy Policy" and "Privacy Policy" links on the detail page for an app called EF Go Ahead Tours lead to a 404 page and not a valid privacy policy 

Expected: the "Developer's Privacy Policy" and "Privacy Policy" links on the detail page for the EF Go Ahead Tours app should lead to a valid (readable) privacy policy 

Head to the detail page for the EF Go Ahead Tours app in the Apple App store...

Scroll down and select the "Privacy Policy" link...

User is taken to a 404 error message. 

Five Guys Burgers & Fries app for iOS: Deep Link Failure: Broken Universal Link for Apple Music Playlist inside the App

Five Guys Burgers & Fries app for iOS (version 5.17.2)

Description: 

There is a problems with the Apple Music icon/link that is displayed inside of the Five Guys iOS app.

Inside of the app there is an Apple Music icon/link. Clicking on this link exits the user out of the app and takes the user to Apple Music (which is expected). 

The user is not taken, however, to a working Apple Music playlist. The user is stranded on a page in Apple Music that looks like this:

I managed to copy the link from the Five Guys Android app (why am Android app would link to an Apple Music playlist is another issue):

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download the Five Guys Burgers & Fries app for iOS (version 5.17.2)

2. Enter into the app in Guest Mode

3. Select the slider (3 horizontal line) option in the upper left hand corner of the screen 

4. From the "WELCOME!" page select the Apple Music icon 

Result: select the Apple Music icon inside of the Five Guys Burgers & Fries iOS app does not take the user to a working Apple Music playlist. 

Expected: if there is an Apple Music icon displayed inside of the Five Guys Burgers & Fries iOS app, then it should link to a working page/playlist inside of Apple Music 

Select the option in the upper left hand corner of the screen...

Please Note: Interestingly enough, the Five Guys website has an icon that leads to a working Spotify playlist.

Instead of leading to a valid and readable privacy policy (as is mandated by Apple) these links are leading to this 404 page: https://wildforkfoods.com/404-not-found/

Expected: The "Privacy Policy" and "Developer's Privacy Policy" links on the Apple App Store detail page for the "Wild Fork" app should always lead to valid and readable privacy policies

Regulations regarding consumer access to valid privacy policies are mandated by Apple. 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Head to the Qwant Private Search detail page in the Apple App Store 

2. Select either  the "Developer's Privacy Policy" or "Privacy Policy" links 

3. Note that the user is taken to a 404 page

Result: the "Developer's Privacy Policy" and "Privacy Policy" links associated with the Apple Apple Store detail page for the Qwant Privacy Search app lead to 404 pages

Expected: the "Developer's Privacy Policy" and "Privacy Policy" links for the Qwant Privacy Search app should link to a readable privacy policy

Expected: per Apple's requirements, end users must always have access to a privacy policy. Any end user of a financial app should always have access to the relevant privacy policy

From the Sign-up portion of the Foxtrot Delivery Market iOS app, select either "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy"

A foxtrot URL begins to load, but eventually it ends up on...

It ends up here, which is not a valid URL.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and launch the Foxtrot Delivery Market app for iOS (version 2024.10.2)

2. Select the sliding menu option in the upper left

3. Select "Sign up"

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and notice the "By signing up, you agree to Foxtrot's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" text. Note that "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" are links

5. Click on either the "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy" links

Result: Selecting either the "Terms of Service" or "Privacy Policy" links from inside of the Foxtrot Delivery Market app for iOS do NOT take the user to valid TOS or Privacy Policy pages. The user is instead stranded 

Expected: The "Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" links inside of the Foxtrot Delivery Market app for iOS should always lead to Foxtrot's valid TOS and Privacy Policy pages 

Denver Zoo Mobile app for iOS: A "here" Link Takes User to an "Oops!" Error Message

1. Download and launch the Denver Zoo Mobile app (version 1.3.2) for iPhone

2. Select "My Account"

3. From the "My Profile" screen, scroll down and select "here"

Result: A link labeled as "here" on the "My Profile" area inside of the Denver Zoo Mobile app for iOS takes the user to an "Oops! That page can't be found" page

Expected: The "here" link in the "My Profile" area inside of the Denver Zoo Mobile app for iOS should not take the user to an "Oops! That page can't be found" page

Seen video app for iOS: Terms and Privacy Policy Links lead to Blank Pages

With the new Seen video app there is a problem: the "terms" and "privacy policy" links inside of the app lead to blank screens. 

The "terms" and "privacy policy" links inside of the app are not leading to working ("readable") terms of service or privacy policies. 

User becomes stranded on a blank screen...

You can also see this problem with the app store listing for the Seen app. The "developer's privacy policy" and "App Support" and "Privacy Policy" links lead to blank pages.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download the Seen video app for iOS

2. Launch the app, skip through the intro video 

3. From the phone number entry screen, select either "terms" or "privacy policy"

Result: The "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" links inside of the Seen video app do not link to readable Terms of Service or Privacy Policies 

Expected: All "Terms" and "Privacy Policy" links inside of the Seen video app (and in the App Store listing) should lead to readable information. User should not be left stranded on unresponsive pages 

Atmosfy app for iOS: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links take user back to App Store

Here's a problem I have never seen before. 

Inside of the Atmosfy iOS app, the "Atmosfy Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" links do not take the user to a Terms of Service or a Privacy Policy. Instead they take the user back to the Apple App Store listing for the Atmosty app. 

The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links take the user back to the App Store.

4. User is take back to App Store 

Result: The "Atmosfy Terms of Service" and "Privacy Policy" links do not take the user to either a privacy policy or a Terms of Service - instead they loop the user back to the App Store.

BigLots app for iOS: Invalid Privacy, App Support and Developer Website links in the App Store

These links are all not working, and as is common knowledge, Apple requires working links to a readable privacy policy in the app store listing.

Rumble app for iOS: Error Message after accessing the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service link from the FB login

Description:

There is an unusual problem with the Rumble app for iOS. I have, in fact, never seen this problem happen with another iOS until now. 

Like most other apps, the Rumble app has a Facebook login option. If selected, and if the user has the Facebook iOS app on the device, the user will be taken to a Facebook authorization screen inside of the Facebook iOS app.

This authorization login screen has two links: a "Privacy Policy" link and a "Terms of Services" link. It looks like this:

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and launch the Rumble app 

2. From the Rumble Sign In screen, select the "Sign in with Facebook" option 

3. From the "Rumble-iOS Wants to Use" pop-up, select the "Continue" option 

4. From the "Open in Facebook option" select "Open"

5. From the "Rumble is requesting access to;" FB login screen, select either "Privacy Policy" or "Terms of Service"

6. Select the back (Left) arrow to return to the previous screen 

7. Note the "The page you requested was not found." error message

Result: Returning from either the "Privacy Policy" or "Terms of Service" results in an error message - user cannot login into the Rumble app

Expected: Users should be able to read Rumble's "Privacy Policy" and "Terms of Service" documents and then completed the Facebook login-authorization process

Stuck on an error message. I have never, ever seen this with any other apps.
