iOS 27: Returning back to in-app Share Sheet from ChatGPT freezes host app

Reproducing app: Zillow app for iOS (version 2026.69.0) - this reproduces with ANY that app that has a share option which options the iOS Share Sheet 

Share destination: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Anthropic's Claude and Mistral's Vibe. 

Description: 

After sharing content from a third-party app (reproduced and screenshot with the latest version of the Zillow iOS app) to ChatGPT iOS via the Share Sheet's "More" list and then tapping the back arrow in the ChatGPT app to return to the third-party app results in the third-party app being completely unresponsive. A reboot of the third-party app is required. 

This appears to be happening with Google Gemini's, ChatGPT's, Claude's and Mistral's Vibe iOS app. This is awful end user experience with iOS 27. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Open Zillow (or any app with a share option) and navigate to any listing/content with a share button.

2. Tap the in-app Share icon to open the iOS share sheet. 

3. In the row of app icons, tap the "More ..." 

4. From the App screen/full app list, select "ChatGPT"

5. ChatGPT opens with a new chat referencing the shared content. 

6. Tap the back arrow in the upper-left of the ChatGPT screen to return to the originating app (Zillow)

Expected Result: Zillow should regain responsiveness immediately - apps should not be frozen 

Actual Result: Entering into an iOS app chat bot via the iOS Share sheet (in this case the ChatGPT app) and then backing out and returning to the original app results in the app being unresponsive - reboot of the app is required 

Select the share option from inside any app (this is Zillow app) 

Select the "More ..." option from the iOS Share Sheet 

Select the iOS app version of an AI chatbot like "ChatGPT"...

Use the option in the upper left to return back to the app...

App is frozen. Bad end user experience.
