Snailz app for iOS: User Experience - User stranded on Password Reset screen

Description:

I just had to write this down due to how unusual it is. With the Snailz - Nail Salon Booking app, the user basically gets stranded on the "Reset Password" screen.

There's no arrow to back out. There is no back button. I have rarely (perhaps never) seen a password reset screen that lacked a way for the user to back out.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the Snailz app for iOS
2. Select the "Log In" option
3. Select the "Reset Here" link next to "Forgot Password?"
4. Attempt to back out of the "Reset Password" screen

Result: There does not seem to be a way to back out of the "Reset Password" screen - there is no back button or arrow

Expected: There should be a back button or arrow on the "Reset Password" screen

Chewy app for iPad - The "Forgot your password?" link doesn't seem to work on the Account page

Description:

The "Forgot your password?" link on the Account page for the iOS app isn't working for me. During regular use, I went back to this area, after being logged out of my account. From the "Account" page, the "Forgot your password?" link does not work. It works in other areas of the app, but not from here.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and launch the Chewy app
2. Select the "Account" icon in the bottom right of the screen
3. Select any option under "My Info" (My Pets, Order History, Payment Methods, Addresses)
4. Click on "Forgot your password?"

Result: The "Forgot your password?" link is not working for me on the Account page of the iOS app

Expected: The "Forgot your password?" link should work
